Transition is a high-quality acrylic tinted with 100% recycled waste pigment. Since each batch is unique, shades will vary with production, but this neutral light grey is perfect when transitioning projects from a dark to a light color.  And helps save you money as well because you can use less coats of your regular Fusion paint!

Important to know:

• Transition is NOT a primer, does not seal against resin or tannin bleed through and should be only used on surfaces ready for acrylic paints. 
• Transition does NOT have the same adhesive properties as regularly tinted Fusion Mineral paint, so you should use it in a "sandwich" technique, in between your coats of white or light-colored Fusion. 

 ** Example of how to use: After your regular prep, apply one coat of Casement. Then when dry,  apply 1 coat of Transition. After dry, apply final coat of Casement, "sandwiching" the Transition in between coats.
